It was an almost clear day, and the river was nearly dry, when a photographer friend flew over enroute to a photo shoot. Her pictures (below) show the river bed with the dinosaur tracks at the south end of our place. The dinosaurs that left them passed this way somewhere between 97 million and 119 million years ago, when the coastline was just a little north of here.
